We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference!

Main tasks and responsibilities

At Folktandvården Landvetter, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and safe during their visit. You will utilize your entire skill set while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Performing both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, including emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

With us, you will find 17 dedicated colleagues who enjoy thinking innovatively and developing the business. We are a clinic with various specializations where everyone has the chance to grow and have fun. Since we see that the patients are our priority, we strive to provide the best service and care, and putting the patient first is a given that we are proud of.

The clinic is located in fresh premises situated at the square in Landvetter Centrum. We are 15 minutes away by Röd Express from Korsvägen and have access to free parking. There are shops, gyms, and Landvettersjön nearby for a lunch walk. We are a clinic at the forefront with digital impression scanning, digital care meetings, and microscopes. Landvetter is an expanding area and will grow with several households in the coming years.

Qualifications and profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Proficiency in Swedish equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Able to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Capable of presenting a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Able to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• It is meritorious if you have worked as a dentist for a few years.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates for interviews at the clinic. Interviews are planned for weeks 6 and 7.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to conduct supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.

Folktandvården Västra Götalandsregionen conducts checks in suspicion and criminal records before employment.
